What Causes Body Tremors, Headaches, Neck Pain, Heart Palpitations And Anxiety Disorder?
Question: I've had a wide range of symptoms that's been ongoing for around 3 years. Sometimes I experience a vibrating sensation going through my whole body, almost like electrical current is running through me. It's usually through my whole body and sometimes just my head. This usually happens after I've fell asleep and wake up abruptly.
Then I have this feeling at anytime of the day with no triggers that my head feels alot of pressure like I have a hat on too tight. or something is pressing on my head. and it feels like it's going to burst, along with headaches or sharp pain shooting through my head. also have neck pain, feels stiff and burning sensation. there's has been some visual changes especially when looking at something far away kind of like have hard time focusing. I've been to eye dr and they said my eyes are healthy .
also I have this pain in my right leg that almost feels like menstrual cramps and it gets worse during my period or long drives. I have alot of abnormal issues with my period. it's very irregular and sometimes I can go 3 months without having on or be on my period for around 3 months.
then I also have heart problems. I have alot of palpitations and feeling like I'm going to pass out. this also has no triggers, and I've cut out all caffeine.
about me. I am 34 years old. single mother of two girls. I had them both by c sections. I very been diagnosed with possible svt's, leaky heart valves, psoriasis and gilberts syndrome. Have anxiety issues, history of panic attacks with hyperventilating. also under alot of stress. I am not on any medications at all. I'm overweight .
I'm unsure if any of these symptoms are related to one another but I could use the help bc no doctor ever once to listen to each of my symptoms. thank you

Brief Answer:
Sounds like anxiety disorder
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
I think I can help you
The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible anxiety disorder.
Therefore a course of anti anxiety medicines may be able to help you.
That is probably the best way to deal with the symptoms.
I however would suggest a echocardiography, TSH and FBS before suggesting this.
I hope that helps.
Best of luck.
