Brief Answer:
precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to have urinary infection in last few months of pregnancy because pregnant uterus causes pressure on ureters and thus stasis of urine poses risk of infection and thus is difficult to treat also.
You will have to take gentamicin injections for 10 days and also take a note of following -
- drink plenty of water like 2-3 litres a day
- drink cranberry juice or take tablets o cranberry extract
- take tablet flavoxate thrice a day
- take alkasip, citralka or renalka syrup (whichever is available) four teaspoons thrice a day.
Take these steps and hopefully you will feel relief soon.
Take care

Brief Answer:
ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Yes this poor weight gain is because of uti so you need to follow the regimen and get cured as soon as possible.
But still poor weight gain doesn't mean growth retarded baby always so for baby get an ultrasound so that growth of the baby can be documented.
Yes both preparations have same salt viz gentamicin (your culture report has come positive for the same).
Keep following the regimen told to you and most important part is drinking lots of water.
All the best.
