Brief Answer:
warm compress, antiseptic, mag sulphate would help

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

In most cases , these lesions burst and release any pus present, on their own.

If it spreads, you are a diabetic (therefore impaired healing) or it is very uncomfortable then you should visit your doctor.

Home treatment would consist of: (1) warm compress to the area, 2 to 3 times daily for 10 to 20 minutes
This would increase blood supply to the are and help any discharge present to break down faster so that it can be expelled

(2)clean twice daily with an antiseptic which should be available at your local pharmacy

(3)magnesium sulphate paste would help as well. This paste encourages the drainage of boils etc
Should also be available at your local pharmacy

(4)topical antibiotic

If there is no improvement then you should visit your doctor for an assessment.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
