Question: I want to know why doctors don't help people with infections is it because people could have prevented it or is it about elimination. When I was young I didn't go to the doctors I think it was a bladder infection but who knows

when I was younger I felt itching and burning when I pee I took to long to go to the doc I wanted to know where can I start to get help I now have boils on my body and the doctors run a test and tell me to come back In a year which makes it even worse

1. Is your itching burning problem still persisting?
2. Is it there all the time or only when you pass urine?
3. Do you have fever along with it?
4. Exactly since what age it has started?
5. Does any white particles or blood goes in urine?
6. Are you taking enough amount of water per day?
7. Are you sexually active? Have the problem increased after you being active?
Kindly answer me these questions so as to have better idea of your problem.

I don't itch or burn anymore when I was it use to burn when I pee and was itching for a couple days and then my urine started smelling bad I've been had fevers chills nausea now lower left back pain I've had this for 6 yrs now I dnt bleed when I urine and know white particles I have been trying to educate myself so I have been drinking lots of water BC i was dehydrated I haven't had sex since I've been going through this

Hello,
Thanks for answering my questions.
From the answers you have given, it typically looks to me like you have a urinary tract infection which is recurring.
To start with it will be advisable to do a urine routine examination as it will show whether urine contains any pus cells or any epithelial cells in them. Also to look for microscopic hematuria if present.
If urine routine shows presence of bacteria, then it is better to do a urine culture examination to look for causative agent so as it can be targeted properly with antibiotics.
You have tested for chlamydia and HPV but haven’t tested for common UTI causing agents like E. coli or streps etc.
Getting USG scan of abdomen can show to any reason which causes recurring UTI.
So, for now get your urine tested for routine examination and culture sensitivity to find out the organism if UTI is there.
For fever you can take paracetamol tablet twice a day to keep fever down.
Drink plenty of water and fluids to wash out the infection out as much as possible.

OK so the doctor ran blood work and uti and kidney and bacteria and said nothing is wrong but I notice she is being a lil aggressive I know something is going on because I still have boils and my cycle didn't come on last month and I have diarrhea and my vagina smells I think she is racist I hear that doctors only want money I don't have a clue someone told me the best thing to do is try detox PLEASE HELP.......
