Brief Answer:
Few tests along with good hydration necessary

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Weakness at this age needs importantly evaluation for anemia, diabetes mellitus and thyroid disorders.
2. Knowing you are active, it could possibly not be diabetes mellitus, however tests necessary. Specifically, nerve related vibration feeling could be due to neuropathy. Do continue with your active life.
3. Stay adequately hydrated with good nutrition.
4. Get a complete hemogram, fasting blood sugar and thyroid hormone levels tests done.
5. At this age, any minor symptom could be the earliest manifestation of a major issue. So tests are necessary.
6. For back pain, posture training, back exercises and physiotherapy is essential.
7. For neuropathy, Vit B-complex supplements, specifically B12 along with thiamine and alpha lipoic acid will be helpful.

Do get back with tests. Stay adequately hydrated (at least 6-7 liters of water) along with good nutrition. Its most important. Dehydration can be debilitating.

Hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
proteinuria or concentrated urine

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for asking again.

Cloudy urine is commonly a feature of infection. As there is no fever or burning urination, other causes like concentrated urine or proteinuria needs to be thought of.
Continue with good hydration ( 5-6 liters of water per day). If it persists, urine analysis and I'll be necessary.
Hope it helps.
