Question : I seem to get bouts of gas, and haven't been able to figure out a cause. I stay away from cheese and dairy and am careful about the gluten free diet. what else can i try?

Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

GERD should be treated adequately with a two week to a month course of PPI like esomeprazole along with prokinetic such as itopride.

If the symptoms persist then H Pylori testing and an upper GI endoscopy should be considered in consultation with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
