Brief Answer:
You seem to have prostatic enlargement.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the details provided and understand your concerns. It seems that you presently have a condition called benign hyperplasia of prostate (BHP). It is a condition common at your age. The prostate gets enlarged, thus compressing the urethra and hence the drainage of urine gets affected. As a result, the bladder is incompletely evacuated when you void your bladder and hence the frequency of passing urine increases.
The condition can be confirmed by getting a ultrasonogram of KUBP (kidney, ureter, bladder and prostate) done.
Certain medicines like tamsulosin can provide some relief and can limit the progression of the disease. However, a simple surgical intervention called TURP (tran urethral resection of prostate) can provide definitive resolution.
Hope that helps.
