Question : Hi, i am 26 XXXXXXX woman , its only last year i came to notice that i have some stomach problems , very often i feel the need to go toilet after meals , never in continuity though..
Even when i was on satvik diet for whole month (ashram food , twice a day ) , i still faced the same.
and now a few days back i had bad stomach ache with loose motions , i recovered by myself by the next morning but i still have some sudden pain and i still need to go to toilet after i eat..
i want to know my problem and fix it although i am not a great fan of medicines , would like to know some home remedy or ayurvedic treatment for the same.
Thanks XXXXXXX

Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.

In addition, take high fiber diet and fluids.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Let me know if you're having any further doubts..
