Brief Answer: Its gastrocolic reflex, will settle soon Detailed Answer: Hi Thanks for writing to health care magic. 1) Stools in normal consistency : Passing stools after feeding is because of a reflex called gastocolic reflex, where stomach distension causes bowel emptying. This is a normal phenomenon seen in infants provided stools are normal in consistency. It will settle as baby grows . 2) is stools are watery: If the stools are watery , it might be early indicator of viral infection. In this scenario , your baby will need probiotics like bifilac and zinc supplements 10mg per day which is usually given to such babies in my clinic. Ensure feeding every 2 to 3 hours. You can also try oral electrolyte solution given few spoons every 15 min. This will ensure baby is hydrated. Ensure your baby is passing urine well. Wishing your baby good health. Regards Dr Arun

Brief Answer: see below Detailed Answer: Visyneral doesnot contain enough zinc. I usually prescribe z & d drops 0.5 ml once daily. You can give one XXXXXXX of bifilac twice daily for 5 days. Continue feeding as per baby's demand. Regards Dr Arun
