Brief Answer:
Please get vitamin b12 tested

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description it appears to me that there is possibility of nutritional deficiency such as vitamin B12. The presence of brain fog, tingling sensation, frequent mouth ulcers and chronic fatigue can be explained on the basis of nutritional deficiency.

In my opinion you should get tested your vitamin B12 and folic acid along with complete hemogram.

If you think it will be delayed due to some reason you can start supplementing your diet with vitamin B12 and folic acid. It is possible that you will see dramatic improvement.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
