No and yes and i have 1 chid and have missed my period

Breast tenderness may be initial sign of pregnancy

Thanks for writing back. Please mention how long it has been since your last period. I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done. Often, breast tenderness is amongst the initial signs of pregnancy. Also, feel your affected breast quadrant by quadrant and see whether you feel any lump and where exactly is the tenderness located.
