Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to a viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone very carefully through the details that you have provided. Since she has already been detected to have Giardia, round worm and Streptococcus, that probably explains the complaints she has been having. I hope that she has been treated with metronidazole (prescription medicine) for Giardiasis. If not, get it done. Bactrim and deworming should take care of the rest.

About the difficulty of breathing, she needs to be examined by a doctor. Steam inhalation would help but if there is wheezing or noisy respiration, nebulization with bronchodilators might be required. Most often such symptoms occur due to viral respiratory tract infections but a clinical examination should throw more light on it. You can give her cetirizine once daily for next few days.

The appetite should take some time to be back to normal. You will have to be patient till then. Medicines will not help.

Hope that helps. Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
