Question : Why I feel breathless , that is , hard to breath after my evening shower?
I have been like this for a year now.

I have noted your symptoms and the most likely cause could be an allergy/hypersensitivity to cold/water, a condition similar to asthma.

Pulmonary function tests would help sort out the diagnosis.

Echocardiogram would be useful to exclude a cardiac cause for asthma.
