Question: Dear doctor My father is feeling breathing problem in nights while lying down Swelling in ankle and feet is also observed He is having high BP Diabetese Recently 2 weeks back minor symptoms of jaundice also been observed biliburin level was 2.18 Random glucose was 240 His appetite is weak Body weakness is high Also feel numbness in left side of body Numbness is persistent for many years and no relief after medications
