Brief Answer:
Need a cardiac assessment to rule out heart attack again.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam

I can certainly understand your concern.

As per your history, its important to get a complete cardiac status evaluated at the earliest to rule out a 2nd heart attack.

She requires an early ECG and TROP T(blood test) assessment.

For breathlessness, she requires Nebulisation with Asthalin respules. Additionally she requires oral pills of Pantop 40 mg and Zofer 4mg to control the nausea and vomiting. She need to take her routine anti hypertensive medicines as usual.

Backache requires complete spine evaluation through an MRI SPINE.A stat dose of VOVERON 100 mg can be used to control the backache.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
