Question : hello doctor, female 57 years of age is suffering from breathing problem at times when walk , climb or work more. recently we consulted one doctor and also conducted x-ray, echo, blood test ... doctor has started many medicine... can you advise what is the disease and what's way ahead.

So here, breathing problems could be due to multiple causes like heart problem like weakening of hearts pumping, lung problem, low hemoglobin or sometimes just age related. Are there any other symptoms like chest pain on exertion, palpitations or fast heartbeat? Is there a history of high blood pressure? Is she overweight?

So she is already being evaluated and underwent tests, you please upload all reports and also prescription so that I can guide you regarding a course of action.
