Brief Answer:
Please upload the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I have read your query. There can be many causes but I will first consider cardiac and lung issues. Please write the symptoms you are experiencing in detail, Do you get sputum or chest congestion? Do you get fever? I would like to know the tests that you have done till now.

I would also like you to get tested for heart issues with an ECG and echo and for lung disorders by getting a chest X-ray done. You also need to get basic blood tests including complete blood count done. It has to be taken one step at a time.

Waiting for your response.

Brief Answer:
Seems bronchitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

From your history it seems like bronchitis of infectious origin. Chest Xray, sputum microscopy, spirometry will help diagnose. According to the results of sputum microscopy, antibiotics may be needed.

Regarding your blood tests, you can ask your family physician to get the reports transfered from hospital to your file in his office. From there you can get a photocopy.

I cannot comment on raised creatinine levels since I don't know its values and tests reports.

Brief Answer:
Need sputum exam

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

We need to test your sputum alongwith other relevant tests like ECG, etc. Also let me know if you have history of any other chronic medical condition.

You also need to increase your immunity by improving your lifestyle. Diet should consist of fruits and vegetables upto five times a day. Take hygienic food and cleanest drinking water. Breathing exercises (called as pranayam and XXXXXXX in XXXXXXX yoga) should help expand your lung capacity.

I would suggest exercise to improve immunity but you should avoid it for now as you get symptoms from it. Take adequate rest.

Finding the cause is very important and is vital in your treatment.
