Brief Answer:
Let her rest more...
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thank you for taking care of your mom.
Before giving precise answer, I'd like to know the right diagnosis of your mother and the current medications she is taking.
According to the symptoms your mother is having, it might be because of high elevation and the actual status of her heart problems. Although she has been there other times, however, this time, perhaps her heart problems have progressed more as compared to other times.
If her doctor agreed to bring her there, then, I suggest :
- not to get her move around for too long. Instead, let her stay sit or lay at bed
- give her medications as prescribed by her doctor
- monitor her blood pressure and blood sugar levels
If the symptoms will get worse, then, should consult a cardiologist.
Hope it helped! Let me know if you need further clarifications!
