                                    Brief Answer:
Get done complete blood test to isolate the cause.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.
The feeling of fullness, trouble swallowing and the hiccughs may be due to gastric upset or stomach discomfort. Since you've already mentioned about the Hiatus Hernia, Take Cap Pantoprazole-Domperidone combination on empty stomach one hour before breakfast to get relief.
For no energy and difficult breathing I will advice to go for complete blood check-up(CBC, LFT, KFT, Thyroid profile, Electrolytes) and Also 12 Lead EKG and a Stress test to rule out the cause. Take iron tablet along with multivitamin once daily for weakness and strengthen the immune power.
Please Consult a Cardiologist for expert opinion and detailed physical examination, don't be worried too much and move ahead in life happily.
For any further query you can get back to me any time.
Thank You
