Question: My name is XXXX, I take farxiga 10mg, hydrychlorithiazde, allpurinol, ciproflaxen. I am having shortness of breath, tingling in my shoulders and back. Recently (4months) I started taking cider vinegar every day. My calves of my legs are very swollen and pinkish in color. Laying down decreases swelling for a short period. Mouth gets dry easily.

Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but unfourtanetly these symptoms are most propably side effects of hydrocholorothiazide which can cause back, stomach and leg pain together with numbness or tingling of different parts of the body.. it can also commonly cause dry mouth and lower leg swelling as a side effect.. I would recommend that you refer to your doctor to either decrease the dose or change the medication .. I hope I answered your question..
