Brief Answer:
Yes, you need to go to the ER and rule out urgent serious problems.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM,

I read very carefully your concerns and I fully understand them.

Your vital signs you have given, look good. There are some other vitals that we would need to know in your case like oxygen saturtion, fever and respiratory rate.
Also, from your description there are some red flags that needs to rule out serious problems, like the shortness of breath, the low stamina and the confusion. These may be a sign of urgent problems.
So my advise is to go to the ER and have a check-up. Make sure to have someone to be with you on the way to the hoapital.

Let me know if you have further questions or if I can help with anything else. I will be happy to answer.

Take care.
Dr. Papaqako.
