Question : hoe long can a person live with hr in 140's & can't breathe
he lays in bed all time and gets up maybe 3 times a day. doesn't have oxygen. his O2 is 93. very week, can't take his own bath. I don't know what to do. he is not compliance at all.

This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Looks like he has a Respiratory disease. Heart rate above 140 & low O2 saturation denotes increased efforts in breathing.
Life expectancy can not be exactly said without examining the patient & knowing the severity of disease state. But with the condition you have explained, such patients may not last even a year.
It is better to take him to a hospital so that proper treatment can be done.
