Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be explained by low platelets that you have mentioned, but for that their has to be some reason. If that all triggered by some bite that you have mentioned, if it's insect bite and it followed with such rash and low platelets, it will need a detailed review by an infectious diseases specialist and basic blood workup with repeat blood counts, liver and renal functions alongwith ESR and CRP as well as ultrasound abdomen to look for any enlarged spleen etc. But if it isn't the case, it still needs probing and such rash can be allergic but low platelets can lead to blood ooze under the skin causing this.

A follow up of blood counts specially platelets every third days for few days and coagulation profile alongwith LDH may also be needed. A vasculitis profile with ANA and ESR as we have discussed and if abnormal further workup with XXXXXXX may be needed but it's too early for that too.

In abscene of fever and other systemic features abrupt management may not be needed but if very low platelets specially below 30thousand or down ward trend is noted an immediate follow up with medical facility ER will be needed as it increases risk of mucosal bleeding etc. Avoid any pain killers from non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs category like Ibuprofen or aspirin strictly as it increases risks of bleeding.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
