Brief Answer:
?Jaundice

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I am Dr.Barani and I am pleased to assist you.

Bright yellow urine can indicate jaundice. It can be confirmed with urinalysis ( for bile pigments) and liver panel (bilirubin and liver enzymes).

It can also indicate urinary infection which can be confirmed by urinalysis.

If the quantity of urine is less, then the dark yellow urine may indicate concentrated urine. This may occur if you are dehydrated or not taking adequate fluids. Drinking enough fluids will correct it.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.Barani
