Past - Operated for Gall bladder 10 years back

Problem - Hair fall, brittleness and thinning of hair from past three years mostly from crown area.
Constant acidity problem not a 100 % fit digestive system.

Brief Answer:
post gall bladder surgery not related with your digestive symptoms or hair

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I would take your question one by one, firstly gall bladder surgery is not related with your digestive system symptoms and hair fall.
@next is whatever dyspepsia symptoms you are complaining that may be because of stress or poor eating habits ,so with whatever home remedy you are taking along with that you can consider few more things like dont sleep immediately after having dinner wait for atleast 1 hour ,regular physical activity in anyway like playing ,jogging etc, avoid oily and spicy food specially in night ,use a double pillow while sleeping ,if all these remedies dont work then you can consider a anti acidity medicine that wil surely help you .
@about your hair fall :its very common because of stress n lot of harmonal changes ,but using biotin will have some benefit and regarding minoxidil its a wonderfull drug for hair fall which has showed promising results but you need to use it under dermatologist consultation ,few side effects are alarming like allergy, palpitation, eye irritation if it get contact with eyes etc but u can definitly consider minoxidil for your hair fall..
hope this information helps you
thank you.

Thank you for your reply. Few more questions.
1) I was suggested to take btn forte for biotin but thats not available now in the market. I am struggling to find a good substitute or a proper biotin capsule or tablet. Please suggest me a proper medicine for biotin. Some people say one should use some other capsules with biotin to avoid side-effects. Also please let me know for how long should I take biotin, I was suggested btn forte for 3 months by my family doctor.

2) As you talked about hormones. I have read that at my age I should keep my testosterone at good levels.
Can you please suggest some particular fruits and vegetables or food in general which would help to achieve this and also help me maintain good digestive system and help in hair growth?
