Bowenoid Papulosis or condylomata accuminata

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM,
Although the picture is not very clear, two differential diagnosis can be made - Bowenoid papulosis or genital wart
More provisional diagnosis is bowenoid papulosis.
It is a virus induced lesion which presents as flat, dark, asymptomatic lesion on the body of penis and scrotum.
Both Bowenoid papulosis and Condylomata accuminata needs histopathological examination to differentiate it.
Both can be sexually transmitted.
