Hi,
Any pain has to be very minor. There is no reason to be worried as this would probably need no further action.

Is it offensive?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
In most cases, this has no exact explanation unless other symptoms lead to suspecting an infection. Is this discharge offensive? If not, please monitor only and report progress to me.
Thanks

                                    Brief Answer:
Please, stop being worried!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You seem to be looking for an illness at all cost. This doesn't help. Monitoring is the best course of action at this time. Secretions actually get increased with pregnancy and this can be entirely normal unless other symptoms such as pain, bleeding or offensive odors are added to this.
Please, be relaxed and stop being disturbed.
