Question : I have had coke colored urine 4 or 5 times in the last year that lasts a day or 2. I have been seeing a doctor for the last week and am verystressed. Since seeing the doctor I have lost about 5 lbs I just am not hungry I think is because of the stress not sure. I urinate a lot but I drink a lot of water and I have done this for years. This is also worse since seeing the doctor. Since seeing the doc I had a cat scan and they told me my abdominal, kidneys and bladder look good and my lymph nodes look good. They also found a kidney stone that is 1 centimeter the doctor said this could be the reason for the urine problem but he is not convinCed. I am going in today for what he called a subtle lesion on my liver that they found on the ct scan. He said it could be a cyst. Can you tell me anything I am very nervous about the liver now.

Brief Answer:
PET scan

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your history.

Since you are having a stone in kidney and a subtle lesion in your liver in CT scan I would advise you to do a PET scan.

A PET scan can detect malignant chances in the body more than a CT scan.

If any space occupying lesion is found in the Pet scan then biopsy has to be done to rule out malignancy.
Upload CT scan report.
