Brief Answer:
Seems to be aquagenic urticaria or tinea versicolor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query on this forum,

From pictures,it looks like to be having either aquagenic urticaria or eczema or tinea versicolor
(less chances here as there is no itching) but I will be able to say only after the direct visual inspection at the lesion.

Mostly this kinds of allergic reaction may get subsided within 3 to 4 days without any definitive treatment but I would advice you to take below treatment.

1) take antihistamines drugs (avil 25 or cetrizine10) available over the counter with
2) apply steroid cream in combination with antifungal agents (betnovate- M)
3) apply moisturizing lotion or cream over dry skin daily.

If the rash does not subside in 3 to 5 days time, or if you notice it to be getting worse, then please consult your local doctor for a proper clinical exam and prescription of appropriate antibiotics/antifungals.

You are using lamisil cream, it is good but here chances of fungal infection is less as you do not have any itching so, it would be advisable to apply antifungal cream with steroid combination.

If this cream are not available over the counter then you can see some doctor or GP who will be able to prescribe the treatment.

Hope you will be fine after this.
