What Causes Brown Patches On Fingers?

Question : I woke up and saw brown patches on my fingers especially on the finger beside the pinky finger. It does not itch or hurt. They seemd dark brown and they're not circle .. Just like random spots .. I have around 6 of them on my right hand. I am 24 years old and have diabetese type 1.

Hello,
Thank you for the picture.
It seems like some form of dermatitis mostly possibly due to sun exposure.
I would suggest application of OTC hydrocortisone cream and calamine lotion twice a day for a week or so.
