I read your question and i understand your concern. Brown flat spots non itching and painless followed by sex are likely the result of friction in coitus likely. its either a friction burn or a clogged sebaceous pore. Both of these are innocuous and self resolving so no worries . Just dont pop , poke or pick it and maintain a good hygiene and asapt good coital habits abstain from intimacy and masturbation for a while.
