Brief Answer:
No intervention needed at the moment.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
If this spot was there for a long time with no color or size changes and you noticed it for the first time then its likely to be benign.
Your dermatologist/ doctor is likely to ask you to just observe for any size, color changes. If the changes are suspicious for a malignancy then only can a biopsy be planned as the area is quite delicate and not very accessible for a routine biopsy. If there is no change then it can be left alone as it is.

Thanks
