
What Causes Brown Stool Along With Acidity?

Question : I noticed that my stool is brown and normal at first then suddenly look dark green. Should I be concerned. This has been going on for the past 2-3 days. No other symptoms though. Except abit more gassy

The stool changes color depending on the foods you eat. So if you don't have other symptoms like diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, ect, then the green/brown stool color is nothing to worry about.
Maybe you have eaten spinach or broccoli or sometimes just the percentage if components can make the stool in that color.
Also, you are in a young age and unless something acute happens, we would not expect something chronic.

I don't think it's diarrhea or constipation as my stool look quite solid. Other then have more gas then normal m I don't have lack or appetite either its been going on for this week. Do I need to visit the doctor
