Brief Answer:
b-HCG and pelvic ultrasonography

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
You need to get a pelvic ultrasound and b-HCG testing done because seeing your history in my opinion it can be
-either a very early pregnancy in the process of abortion
- or worse an ectopic tubal pregnancy which needs immediate treatment.
In case everything is normal then there is nothing to worry and you can take deviry as prescribed by your gynecologist and then wait for your periods to commence.
I hope i have answered your query but in case you have any other question i will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
Low AMH, 3 cycles of oral pills.

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, i have seen your reports.
All blood investigations are normal except for AMH.
Your AMH levels are below normal and is consistent with your age.
AMH levels reflect fertility potential of the female and declining levels are suggestive of falling fertility so you need to conceive as soon as possible by visiting an infertility clinic as AMH and thus fertility will decline more with passing age..
As far as your ultrasound report is concerned in my opinion you should be put on 3 cycles of oral pills so that your endometrial thickness normalizes and also will help in resolving the cysts.
There are studies which show increased fertility potential after intake of oral pills.
I wish you the best of health and may god bless you with a healthy baby soon.

Thanks Doctor,

But i have been on OCPs many time as the same was suggested by my Drs earlier.
As this problem keeps occuring to me and that may be the reason for delay in conceving. Could you pls suggest me any other option, otherwise there will be delay for another three months. Hope you understand.

Brief Answer:
In Vitro Fertilization best treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX i do understand your anxiety for early conception.
If you have had treatment for cysts many times in the form of oral pills then in my opinion at this age and AMH levels you should opt for In Vitro Fertilization i.e. test tube baby which will give you a healthy pregnancy soon and also at the time of taking your eggs from your vagina your doctor can aspirate the cysts along.
But visit a good tertiary care hospital because patients with ovarian cysts have higher chances of complications.
Wish you all the best.
