Question : I have had acid reflux for several months been raking Zantac or tums at night i wake up with a brownish grey colored discharge on my pillow
Sometimes when i eat some food fells irritated going down

Brownish grey colored discharge may be due to diet you have take which suggest you have severe GERD. For which I will suggest you for some life style modifications. Take dinner early and go to sleep or lie down after 2 hrs. Dont drink water with meals. Make your head end of bed raised by 9 inches. Take a prokinetic agent like domperidone half hr before dinner, it will help in passing your meal from stomach to intestine earlier and thus will prevent reflux.
