Brief Answer:
NOTHING TO BE DONE UNLESS REALLY BOTHERSOME

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
I am an OB - GYN, Dr. Abraham, and I would be happy to guide you with your query.
It is common to spot a little while on hormones.
If the scan and the endometrial biopsy are fine, there is no need to worry.
You need to do nothing , unless the spotting is really bothersome or prolonged.
If that is the case, then a modification in the hormones might be required.
All the best
