I have read your query and understand your concern.
Brown colour urine could just be due to a concentrated urine caused by dehydration or eating some foods like berries,beets,certain food colours etc or due to consumtion of certain medications like PYRIDIUM,anti malarials or muscle relaxants etc.
Medical issues could be due to blood in urine caused by many types of urinary tract conditions like inflammation,stones ,rarely cancer also.
Blood in urine could be due to haemophilia or due to consumption of anti coagulants etc.
I have just enumerated a small list of causes.There is a long list of causes for brown coloration of urine and the actual cause can be found by investigations only.
You must consult a urologist and get investigated thoroughly for finding the cause.
Once the cause is found,proper remedial action can be taken.
