Brief Answer:
Acanthosis nigricans

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

I have seen your photos and the condition seems to be acanthosis nigricans. The stretch mark like lesions are just associated with it. It usually affects healthy people but sometimes may be associated with other conditions like obesity, insulin resistance (causes diabetes), hormonal issues etc.

If it is the only symptom that you are experiencing right now then you can ignore it. At most you can apply a skin peeling cream like acnemol that has sulfur in it.

Also go for your routine physical examination with your family doctor and run some routine tests. Keep a regular track on blood glucose levels.
You have velvety dark skin on the inner upper thighs that is consistent with acanthosis nigricans. If you search for the images for the disorder in google, you will agree. It does not seem to be fungal infection. Anti-fungal treatment will not have any effect on it.

It is heartening to know that you do not have any associated conditions. So you can relax and forget about it.
You can try scrubbing it. If it scrubs off then it was dead skin or fungal. But if it does not scrub off then it is probably acanthosis. It may not be related to diabetes and can be found in normal people.

Since I am not able to examine you directly, I may be wrong and I suggest you to see a dermatologist.

There is nothing much to worry.

Hope it helps.
