Brief Answer:
details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The treatment provided is for an itchy rash. Aurstat is an a cream to reduce itch while halog will treat the rash. The black blue mark above genitalia is not due to these creams. These black blue rashes could be bruise, lichen planus, eczema, fixed drug eruption( if you are taking any new oral medicine) etc. I would be able to confirm the diagnosis, if you could send me images of these blue black rashes. You may upload the pics by clicking on upload report/image icon which is on right side of query page . You can also send it to YYYY@YYYY and mention ATTN Dr Kalpana Pathak in subject line.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Take care
