What Causes Bruises All Over The Body Along With Malaise, Pain And Generalized Weakness?

Question: What could cause a bruise like pain all over the body but especially in the triceps (back of arms), below the collarbone but above breasts, thighs, neck and back etc, also severe pain in temples and around ears swelling in the neck and jaw line, high pitched ringing in ears, pressure in head almost like a headache but just feeling like it will burst.. and body heaviness or weakness like can barely stand up.. I've had all this going on for almost 2 days. ears are clear, no congestion, no allergies, most symptoms were sudden. and the pain throughout my body is so severe I can barely move. I also feel like I'm also slurring words or just sluggish. Could be due to the face pain and or swelling though

Hello,

Bruises with malaise, pain and generalized weakness may be due to vasculitis, inflammatory myopathy or some metabolic derangement.
Viral infection related manifestation can be such too.

You should get examined by a physician.

Blood investigations like counts including platelet count, prothrombin time, INR, coagulation profile, serum CPK, thyroid profile, renal and liver function tests.

Vitamin B12 and vitamin k supplements can be taken.

The blood workup is routine workup Nd doesn't include the coagulation profile needed for bruising symptoms.
