What Causes Bubble Like Feeling In The Left Rib Cage?

Question: The doctor could hear fluid on the left side in the rib cage area. X-rays showed no fluid in left lung. What is other possibilities. There is some discomfort.

You have not mentioned if you have any symptoms and if yes, please let me know, what are they.

I can say that if X-ray does not show anything significant and if there are no symptoms then why worry ? At times clinically one may get impression of some kind of pathology but on X-ray nothing may come out.

However if you have any symptoms then you may go for CT Chest.

Please let me know if there's any specific concerns besides this.
