Question: I have thin stringing clear mucous with bubbles not foam. What does that mean? It is in my urine.

Urinary tract infection
Or 
Proteinuria due to diabetic nephropathy
However it may simply be because of concentrated urine which can occur due to dehydration.
The best is to go for urine routine and microscopy test which would reveal the truth.
