What Causes Buffallo Hump On Neck?

I have had concussion 2 years ago with multiple fractures of the mastoid bone and same time I was diagnosed with brain tumor and I am under investigation for MS. I have been suffering with major pain of my muscles and sometimes I feel like deep "bone pain.
I am currently experiencing spasticity of my L hip.
I am on gabapentin and Elavil.
I am also having XXXXXXX hump on my neck and started lactating....
my blood test was ok except lymphocytes 3.31.
estradiol was 380 pmol/L
I was wondering what is your input on it and if you are able to give me possible diagnoses.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern.
•Estradiol levels are well within range
Female (premenopausal): 30 to 400 pg/mL
Buffallo hump signifies Cushings. You would require an endocrinology consult for dexamethasone suppression test and if that's positive a 24 hour urinary cortisol as part of the workup.
For Lactation, first pregnancy and drugs causing lactation eg metoclopramide and hypothyroidism should be ruled out, the only workup for hyperprolactinemia if Prolactin > 100 is present, should be initiated, in consult with your doctor.
The Lymphocytes units aren't given. Please mention it with proper units to interpret it further.
You mentioned the concussion history and mastoid fractures , Please mention the exact site and name of the tumor that you were diagnosed with. You may upload any results of that diagnosis. Some tumors are in such anatomical positions which determine whether they are resectable or not.
MRI with gadolinium contrast, CSF with oligoclonal banding and Evoked response potential in addition to clinical evidence will lead to diagnosing M.S correctly, in consult with a neurologist. Please discuss these modalities with your doctor.
Let me know if you have any query
wishing you best of health
Thanks
