Brief Answer:
Please visit hospital; meanwhile ibuprofen will reduce pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for the answers. I have gone through them. You did not share an image. Your symptoms are suggesting prominence of vein which occurs when there is increased vascular resistance(in your case while raising hand above head). Normally vessel should not become prominent as it is elastic. I would suggest you to visit hospital and get an appointment for a "Consultant Surgeon" or "Consultant Dermatologist". Both will examine it and then may advise some further workup. Results will help to proceed further. Meanwhile ibuprofen thrice a day will help you to reduce pain.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
