Thanks for writing to us.

It is normal for babies to have some amount of phimosis. Try gently pulling down the foreskin daily before bath.
Wash with soap daily. I usually advise flutibact ointment on the tip once daily for a month.
This will help avoid surgery in many kids.

If no improvement surgery may be required.
