Question: Sexually active bisexual male with bump on my anus/buttock I usually shave this area I may have ingrown hair? Maybe std?

This bump looks like a genital wart due to HPV infection (a virus). This condition belongs to STDs indeed.
Ingrown hair usually appears in the butt crack. It gives a tiny hole visible in this area and a swollen, painful lump. It is called pilonidal cyst.

I suggest you to show this bump to a dermatologist. If its a wart, can be removed by a dermatologist or a general surgeon with local anesthesia.
