What Causes Bump On Right Breast Oozing Whitish Fluid?

Question: Got a bump on my right breast last Sunday.I notice a little pain and looked at it and notice a white spot that hadn't come to a head. I squeeze with my finger nail and some white stuff came out. But the bump was there the next day. Five says later a little more puss came back...it's still a little tender Uber . I mash on it. It looks better that seven days ago, but the bump is still there. It only hurts when I mash it......help

It looks like a Sebaceous cyst.

Hi
As per your description, it looks like a Sebaceous cyst. It occurs in relation to hair follicle.
When it pressed or ruptured,white paste like material comes out.The swelling decreases in size.
As the Cyst wall is still present,you can feel it.
As there are no medicines, I prefer to remove it under local anaesthesia. It is a very simple procedure.
Nothing to worry.
Another common condition that has to be excluded is Small Abscess.
Please consult a Surgeon ,get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.

I really don't want surgery if its not necessary.but I had one before and it went away but thiamine seems to be a problem..... what are the odds of it being something worse......I've been crying all day worrying...

Please do not worry.
To my patients who do not want surgery with similar complaints, I prescribe Antibiotic like Clindamycin capsule along with anti inflammatory tablet which reduces any infection and inflammation. The hardness will come down.
Please consult a General surgeon or Breast surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed.
