                                    Brief Answer:
They are external haemorrhoids.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the pic.
They are external haemorrhoids. Haemorrhoids are common in 3'o clock,7,11'o clock positions in the Anal opening.
You should take high fiber diet, drink plenty of liquids, eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Your stool should be soft. Avoid Non vegetarian food.
If there is no response by above measures, you should consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly. Per rectal examination has to be done along with Rectum examination by a Proctoscope. These will confirm the diagnosis.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
