Question : I constantly get lumps in middle of breast and turn to puss n leaves scars..
I am shy to show doctors n I have been bearing it since my Meturity..
Could you identify what is it and suggest medicine?

I can understand your concern.

Multiple lumps turning into pus healing with scars can be due to -
- hidradenitis suppurativa
- Breast abscess.

Hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic skin condition wherein there is inflammation of the apocrine glands.
It usually occurs in the breast and underarms.

It usually occurs in obese people , in areas of tight clothing.

I would suggest you to
- not to worry
- if you are obese, try to reduce weight
- Avoid tight clothing
- Warm compress over the area , icing inflamed area daily when pain occurs
- I would start tablet Rifampicin and clindamycin (antibiotics) . Your doctor can guide on the exact dosage.
- I would also suggest you to take a fasting and post prandial blood glucose .
Often diabetes predisposes to infection.

I would suggest you to visit a clinician. He/she can examine and correlate clinically.
