Question : I have bumps like this 3on my head one on my ear they grew fast the other 2on my head are too white to capture in a picture should I be worried about these

This bumps look like benign skin lesions. So for sure no need to be concerned. However as they are in hairs so are irritated constantly, and they grow fast, should be removed and tested.
I suggest you to consult general surgeon or dermatologist with it.

Once again, no malignancy is suspected. However it would be good to have them removed.
